Grrr...this is the third night in a row I haven't been able to get to sleep for no good reason! I'm super tired but I just can't fall asleep. I'm almost at the point where I'm willing to take something to help me get there. This is really annoying.


My canker sores did finally go away; thank you for all the advice. I will definitely take up some of those prevention methods/remedies next time.
