My cell phone isn't working. Just all of a sudden the buttons don't work anymore. Yesterday I plugged it in to get charged, and today the buttons don't respond. Not a single one, not even the power button, so I can't turn it off or anything. This phone is practically new, I only got it maybe 6 months ago. I don't know anyone's phone numbers, they're all in there! I hope I can get this fixed.
