first prints

Today we made our first prints in photography class. Oh man, it is soooooooo much easier than developing negatives! It's a bit time consuming, but it's super easy. It's also a lot more fun because you get to see the results right away. I almost didn't want to take more pictures because it means I'll have to develop more negatives :p But I have to take lots more; I already took a roll this afternoon after class, mostly of Megan working Jay. I wonder how those will come out...anyway, here are the two prints I did today:

Wow, those are really beautiful! I like the second photo the best, the brightness of the ground in the first photo distracts a little from your subjects. Or it could just be me being drawn to bright things ;) Black and white photography can be a bitch, but you did an excellent job~*

Aaaah, I love them! The second one is adorable! The horses are like, "WTF???" Hahaha. Great job. I love B&W photos.
