The show Fatal Attractions on Animal Planet pisses me off. It's about people who keep wild and/or exotic animals as pets, think they have "special bonds" with them and subsequently take stupid risks with them, then OMG everyone is so shocked when they get hurt or killed! And then of course the animals pay the ultimate price for behaving like animals. Fuck I hate people.

Listen, if I get hurt or killed by an animal, I guarantee you IT IS MY FAULT! I don't care what the fuck the animal did, I'm the one who took a chance or didn't understand what the animal was trying to communicate to me or what the fuck ever, but it is NEVER the animal's fault. And the last thing in the world I would want is for me to get hurt or die from some interaction I had with an animal, and then have my upset family and friends punish my beloved animal for behaving exactly the way it was supposed to! I fucking hate how these people's precious pets have to die because the owner's circle of people are too fucking stupid to understand you can't take revenge on an animal.

Anyway, my point is to make this perfectly clear to anyone who knows me: Should I ever be hurt or killed by an animal, wild or domesticated, that animal is not to be harmed, ever!!! Nothing would make my ghost angrier than to know my own stupidity or carelessness or ignorance caused an animal to suffer unnecessarily, and I swear I will haunt the fuck out of anyone who tries to take vengeance on an animal for me. THE END.

Most people don't know how to take care of a hamster, let alone something much more dangerous. People never seem to bother with understanding animal behavior and adapting to them, they always make the animal adapt to them. And if the animal can't, it's the critter's fault. Drives me crazy, too.

The horse who broke my jaw was six years old and an absolute doll. The accident was entirely my fault, but the poor horse thought he killed me and was never the same. My mom wouldn't let me go see him even though I begged. He ended up being retired to a field in PA. I'm glad he wasn't euthanized, but I still feel incredibly guilty that he was basically thrown away because of an accident.

As an exotic pet owner I can tell you that if my snakes ever bite me, it's completely my fault, and if anyone lays a finger on them there would be serious trouble.
People can be complete morons. Do the research before you keep an animal!

Did you see the ep with the guy who had a pet bull?? The FIRST thing anyone who has had experience with cattle is to never, EVER make friends with your bull. EVAR. You respect them and don't turn your back on them for a second. If you want a pet bovine, get a stuffed toy.
