Pictures of the new horses here. The ones with their names in quotation marks are to be renamed. The names have to start between Q and Z (because that way I don't have to move as many name tags in the tack room!). Any suggestions?

Desert (not going to be changed) - 17.1 hand Mustang!

"Doc"

"Max"

"Pete"

"Tex"

"Trigger"

Trojan (not going to be changed)

Hey Christie!
Thanks so much for posting pix of the new horses! They are so cool and big unlike the cute mexcan ponies they have been getting. How do they ride? Are they tame? lol. Trojan could be shortened to "Troy".
Okay um here goes: Are all geldings?
dude Pete should be Oreo !
Some ideas sorry not all fit the rules:
Robbie, Robin, Stormy, Zepplin (dd we have a summer horse by that name?), Vince, Kevin, Pepper, Spot, Joker, Jester, Cinnamon, Sunny, Shadow, Windy, Silver

All of them are geldings. As of right now "Tex" is now Viking and "Trigger" is Toby (which I don't like because we already had a Toby). He's a little idiot, too; he has a lot of calming down to do. The others are still in the process of being renamed.

Desert is so freaking FUN to ride! He's got a huge stride and it just feels like you're floating in the air. I loves him, I'm going to steal him. ^^ The other ones I rode were Pete, Trojan, and Doc. Pete is only like 6 years old and doesn't know much...he doesn't neck rein, canter on cue, etc. He's pretty green. Trojan is fairly easy to ride, but he has a serious attitude around other horses; if they get within ten feet of him he's ready to attack (and stops like he's preparing to rush them!). Doc is okay but kinda bouncy and fast; he'll probably calm down fine, though.

I haven't ridden the others yet, but I've watched them all being ridden. Max is super hyper and sensitive, but they say his lope is incredibly smooth. Viking seems a bit wound up still, and he trips when he starts to canter. Toby is like the Mexican horses, he's really small and quick and bouncy. He's a pain in the ass because you can't catch him, and he hates being away from the others; he'll just paw and scream and snort for hours while he's tied up away from them. Desert is also hard to catch, but he's getting better.
